Simge İçen Aruh

Simge İçen Aruh is a Trained Mindful Self-Compassion Teacher. Before this work, she spent years inside corporate environments — which shapes how she teaches. She understands what it costs to perform under sustained pressure, what gets rationalized away in the name of productivity, and what actually helps when the usual strategies stop working.

The work isn't about feeling better all the time. It's about building a different relationship with yourself — especially when things are hard.

Training & Credentials

1

Center for MSC

Certified in the Mindful Self-Compassion program — the eight-week evidence-based training developed by Kristin Neff and Chris Germer, now taught in over 40 countries worldwide.

2

Self-Compassion Academy

Advanced training in self-compassion-based approaches, with a focus on depth of practice and therapeutic application.

3

Individual Training with Chris Germer

Simge worked directly with Chris Germer — psychologist, co-developer of MSC, and one of the most respected voices in clinical self-compassion research and practice worldwide.

Her Approach

The approach is non-judgmental, grounded, and practical. No quick fixes, no transformation promises. The work is about building a different relationship with yourself — one where difficulty doesn't automatically trigger self-attack.

The teaching draws on neuroscience, Buddhist psychology, and clinical research — adapted for people who are skeptical of wellness culture but genuinely curious about what works.
