This is for you if…
You're exhausted but can't seem to stop
You're your own harshest critic
You feel pressure to perform, produce, and be okay — all at once
Rest feels like something you have to earn
You know something needs to change, but you're not sure where to start
What is Mindful Self-Compassion?
Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) was developed by researchers Kristin Neff and Chris Germer. It brings together two things that are harder than they sound: being present with what's difficult, and treating yourself with some of the care you'd offer a good friend.
It's not about feeling better all the time. It's about changing your relationship with difficulty — so that struggling doesn't have to mean failing. Research consistently shows it reduces self-criticism, anxiety, and burnout, and builds the kind of resilience that doesn't require pretending you're fine.
