What is Mindful Self-Compassion?

Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) was developed by researchers Kristin Neff and Chris Germer. It brings together two things that are harder than they sound: being present with what's difficult, and treating yourself with some of the care you'd offer a good friend.

It's not about feeling better all the time. It's about changing your relationship with difficulty — so that struggling doesn't have to mean failing. Research consistently shows it reduces self-criticism, anxiety, and burnout, and builds the kind of resilience that doesn't require pretending you're fine.

Corporate Trainings

For teams under pressure. Evidence-based training in self-compassion and stress science — not motivational.

When people feel genuinely supported, they work differently. These are not feel-good workshops. They're evidence-based sessions grounded in self-compassion and the science of stress — designed for organizations willing to look honestly at what's costing their people.
